The BVSW broadcast program, Wolf Byte, is very busy working on producing many different kinds of media. This Thursday, Feb. 17, they will be airing a live show, featuring the “seven most interesting people of Southwest.”
In addition to live coverage during Advisory time, the broadcast team also recently did a four-camera shoot during the BVSW-BVW basketball game. Junior Ross Marine and sophomore Brett Young worked on play-by-play for the game.
“That was unique, because usually high school kids don’t get to do that kind of thing,” adviser Steve Cortez said.
In addition the show on Feb. 17, the team is also preparing a show for March 3 — a very quick turnaround in the broadcast world.
“That will be a shorter, more news-y type of show,” Cortez said.
