Q: What do you like about teaching at Southwest?
A: I have really enjoyed getting to know all of the staff here. I love working with Mrs Bowlin and then, of course, all the students.
Q: What are you looking forward to this year?
A: I am looking forward to more classes coming into the library and doing different projects that I haven’t done before.
Q: What college did you attend?
A: For my undergrad, I went to Northwest Missouri State University and then for my masters, I went to UMKC and then I got my library specialist degree from Fort Hayes.
Q: Why did you choose to be a librarian?
A: Before I was a librarian, I was an english and social studies teacher, so I collaborated a lot with my librarian at that school. Having worked with her, I decided that would be the most perfect job and I made the switch.
